At CrossFit Liger we have a firm believe in the principals that surround CrossFit and nobody can argue with the results.  Our Boot Camp is derived from the same CrossFit principals and movements, but we eliminate the Heavy Bars and Olympic Lifting which CrossFit revolves around.  We incorporate dumbbells and kettle bells, running, body weight movements, boxes, weighted sleds, rowers and much, much more to give your body the workout that it needs to see the best results.

If we have 5 new members request a new class time not already offered, we will make every attempt to add that class time to our scheduled class offerings as long as it does not interfere with a class already scheduled.
